Heart Twist Tutorial

Hello beautiful! Today I'm sharing with you this simple, 4 step tutorial to create a gorgeous heart twist in your hair! :) Even though this is a simple hairstyle, it definitely makes a bold statement! It takes just under 5 minutes to do once you get the hang of it.

• Step 1: Take two slices of hair and tie them together in the back with a clear elastic. It's important to take two pieces from either side, rather than pulling all of your hair back into a pony tail like you would for a half up-half down style. Taking two chunks of hair will create more of the "heart" illusion
• Steps 2 & 3 Take a second slice of hair from the front of your head, and wrap it over the middle portion and under the side portion (of previous strand.) 
• Step 4: Repeat the process on the other side.
• Step 5: Secure the two hanging pieces with a clear elastic. Using a bobby pin, secure the two loops together.
