What is the length of Cashmere Hair Extensions? Cashmere Hair Extensions are all 20" inches in length (50cm-56cm). We believe this is the perfect length for a natural long hair look. When worn in the recommended application they automatically layer themselves giving you a more natural look. We also highly recommend getting them professionally cut to incorporate layers into your hair extensions will allow for the most natural look by blending with your own haircut.

What are swatches? Swatches are for your convenience, to assist you in color matching your own hair to Cashmere Hair. Swatches are a small sample of the color of Cashmere Hair, and do no clip on or attach to your head. They are meant to be used only for color matching purposes. They are a small section of hair that can be used to place next to your own hair. When ordering swatches, select the colors in the color family that are closest to your hair color.

What is the quality of the hair? Cashmere Hair is 100% Superior Grade High Quality Cuticle Human Hair. The hair cuticle is facing in the same direction which prevents tangling and matting. This High Quality Hair allows for better blending with your own hair and gives the appearance of natural, healthy looking hair.
Our gentle dyeing process keeps the integrity of the hair at it's finest, which takes up to 9 - 12 days. Other 2 day processes, which rapidly dye hair using heavy acid and chemicals, cause damage to the hair. This heavy chemical processing causes hair to lose vital moisture and nutrition. Instead, our process of dyeing is a very slow process which is the least damaging to hair and gives you the healthiest quality hair, allowing your hair extension to look their best longest. We take the quality of our product very seriously, which is why we set ourselves apart from other companies on a completely different level of quality & authenticity. We have our strands laboratory tested and certified to be 100% Cuticle human hair, the highest quality available.
Other companies mask the harsh chemical process by using silicone to disguise the bad quality of the hair to make it feel silky when you first purchase it. After a few shampoos you might notice that the coating come off, and true nature of the quality is revealed.

How many tracks are included in a set of CASHMERE HAIR?This is what really makes Cashmere Hair Clip In extensions the BEST, aside from the excellent quality of the hair...The specially designed track system. This track system includes a total of 7 tracks with 5 times the amount of hair per track compared to the competitors. There are 4 specially designed side pieces, and 3 back pieces. The clips are sewn to the tracks, and tracks cannot be purchased individually. The side pieces can also be worn in ponytails, braids or up do's to enhance the look of your hair without being able to see the tracks.

Will Cashmere Hair Extensions damage my hair and how long my extensions last? No damage will occur, and unlike traditional salon extensions. Cashmere Hair Extensions should last you anywhere between 6 to 12 months or more, with proper care and maintenance.Clip-in Hair Extensions can be reapplied and styled daily. If using a curling iron or flat iron, we recommend first styling your own hair, and then styling the clip-ins similarly before clipping in. Although, we always recommend using the least possible heat styling while getting the most uses out of the hair before rewashing. It is not necessary to wash your extensions after every use, after 10-20 wears or when they have build-up from styling and wear. Keep in mind, just like our own hair, any type of heat and styling products wears on the hair in time. These tips will save your own hair & extensions from extra unnecessary heat styling damage. Avoiding hairspray and other hair products will also prolong the life of your Cashmere Hair.

Can I dye Cashmere Hair Extensions? Cashmere Hair Extensions are made of real hair just like your natural hair. It is always recommended to see one of our trained professional hair stylist or a professional you trust to assist you with any changes that you would like made to your hair extensions. Please choose the hair extension color that is closest to your natural hair color, we do not recommend dying the hair extensions, since many of them have already been specially dyed. Our goal is to supply you with the best quality hair extensions possible, and we have a very special dying process that keeps the hair in the healthiest condition. Further dying could damage the hair if not done by our professionals.
Will Cashmere Hair Extensions be visible, will people be able to tell I'm wearing them? No, Cashmere Clip-in Hair Extensions should not be visible. The beauty of Cashmere Hair Clip-extensions is that they make achieving the look of gorgeous hair natural and easy. Once fitted they are a perfect blend with your own hair. Will Cashmere Hair Extensions stay in my hair, without slipping out? Our hair extensions are undetectable and natural looking when inserted properly. No teasing is necessary prior to clipping into hair for most hair types. Will Cashmere Hair Extensions work with very thin hair? If you have very thin hair, Cashmere Hair will definitely be the perfect match for your desirable look. Depending on the severity of the thinning of your hair, you will need enough hair to lie over the top weft to cover it. Backcombing the hair above the top weft can help disguise it easier if your hair is very thin. For the majority of our customers, no teasing is required to cover the tracks. Ideally you would want your hair to be at least 6 inches long for best results.
What color do I choose? ALWAYS ORDER OUR SWATCHES FIRST TO COMPARE OUR SHADES TO YOUR OWN HAIR COLOR. When choosing a color to match your own hair, choose a color that matches your hair from the middle to the ends. Never choose the hair color of your "roots" as that tends to be a different shade. The color match best for your hair will be from your middle length to ends, so choosing a color closest this area of your hair will give you the best results. If your unique hair color is not available in our color chart, the best options is to place a custom order with Cashmere Hair. We recommend to some of our customers to purchase 2 sets, each a different color, if your hair has mulitple shades to match most naturally. Order all of the swatches of the colors that are in your hair's color family for the best color match. *Colors may vary due to monitor so please order swatches to ensure that you are selecting the right color of Cashmere Hair. Can I cut Cashmere Hair Extensions? Yes, but we encourage you to get your Cashmere Hair Extensions cut by a professional that knows how to cut hair extensions for the most natural look. Since it is a different technique than cutting regular hair, it needs to be done right to avoid a choppy look. Cashmere Hair is not responsible for any damages once the hair extensions have been cut. Do Not Razor cut Cashmere Hair.
CASHMERE HAIR RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
Does Cashmere Hair have a return policy or exchange policy? Yes, we are proud to offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions only (swatches & brushes are not returnable). Cashmere Hair offers the highest quality hair extensions available on the market. We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order. We are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.

Cashmere Hair Extensions are specially packaged and sealed with 2 SECURITY SEALS to identify if the extensions have been taken out of the packaging. The security seals must be intact, extensions must be in all of its original packaging & not be removed from the white backing to which they are attached, and must also be still in the hair net.
What if my order is defective or my extensions are missing a clip? If a product is defective please send a photo of the defect along with a description to customer service at info@cashmerehairextensions and we will gladly help you to resolve the issue. Although it’s an inconvenience, broken clips are an easy fix, as there are 2 extra clips included with each set of hair extensions & instructions HERE on how to replace the clips so that you can start wearing your Cashmere Hair asap.
Why are Cashmere Hair Extensions not exchangeable/returnable if opened?Please understand, human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety reasons. This is an industry standard, & other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
- The Hair Extensions must be in their original, unopened packaging, and you must have the original invoice sent with your order.
- Email us first at info@cashmerehairextensions.com within 7 days of receiving your order. This email must contain the following information:
- Your order number
- If you would like a Return or an Exchange.
- Detailed reason for return or exchange.
- After reviewing your request we will email you an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form which needs to be filled out and included with the return.
- All Cashmere Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging. The packaging must not be opened, torn or defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice & RMA form.
- We will then provide you with our return address on the RMA form where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return/exchange. Opened merchandise will not be refunded & will be returned to you.
- Any returns without a RMA will be rejected and sent back. Please note, there is a 15% restocking fee for all refunded orders. There is no restocking fee for exchanges on hair extensions as long as the hair extensions are not opened and in the original packaging).
- Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are your responsibility to ship back to Cashmere Hair. For all domestic orders, the exchange will be sent back to you free of charge for shipment of the exchanged item(s). For all international orders, a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged to you for shipment of exchanged item(s) & you do not have to ship the Black Box back to us. Please keep that to lower your shipping cost to us.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchange? You are responsible for all return shipping fees. For exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping fees to return the product to Cashmere Hair, & we will return the exchange back to you free of charge (domestic locations only). It is recommended to send your item back with a tracking number as WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS. PLEASE ADD TRACKING. All exchanges and refunds must meet our Return Policy standards.
International Orders: Please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. Shipping costs for returns & exchanges are your responsibility to ship back to Cashmere Hair. For all international orders, a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged to you for shipment of exchanged item(s) & you do not have to ship the Black Box back to us. Please keep that to lower your shipping cost to us.
When will I receive my refund? A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened and taken out of the packaging which is protected by the 2 security seals.
When will I receive my exchanged items? Once we have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were notopened and taken out of the packaging which is protected by the 2 security seals, and the RMA form is reviewed you will receive an email requesting payment for the shipping balance before your exchange will be sent back to you. To ensure that your exchange is correct, please order the swatches that you think would be a better match to ensure the perfect exchange. The faster that you complete this step, the sooner you will receive your new set of Cashmere Hair. What is the return/exchange period? We will provide a full refund on unopened hair extensions within SEVEN (7) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.
May I return/exchange Cashmere Hair Extensions without contacting you or getting an RMA? No. You must contact us prior to shipping your return back to us. The RMA must accompany your return/exchange to facilitate tracking of your returned product and to expedite your refund. Please note that refunds/exchages for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse.
